Order arrived partially

Sometimes the envelopes arrive on different days even though they were dispatched on the same date.

Please allow 14 days from dispatch of your order for the missing package to arrive. If you haven't received it after 14 days, please contact us.

For oversea shipments please allow 21 days for the missing package to arrive before you contact us.
